SVZ x Utz | SOW V1.4 review draft October 7, 2026 Supersedes V1.3 (September 17, 2026) for review; not an executed agreement. Based on Ren's September 21 request (separate the 3PL work, now delayed into 2027, and deliver a smaller standalone 2026 SOW under the procurement threshold), Ren's September 21 clarification (the SOW must stand alone), Ren's September 17 direction (CMS first, December 11 launch), and Scott's October 7 approval of V1.4 on 50/50 terms. 1. Scope reduced by removing deliverables, not by discounting. Retained: CMS architecture, Salsify alignment and the custom-variety experience (Phase 1); release QA, launch and stabilization (Phase 2); a defined technical AEO/GEO foundation (Phase 3). 2. Removed to a separately scoped 2027 SOW: all 3PL storefront enablement (FBS/Rithum, hybrid Hanover routing, fulfillment messaging and free-shipping implementation, vendor testing, the cutover and its stabilization), Profitero program sessions, the Emplifi compatibility review tied to that program, and the sales-acceleration opportunity register. 3. Also moved to future scope: broad AI-readable content layer, omnichannel pathway work, wider discovery-path remediation, and the three-brand 2027 roadmap. 4. Fixed fee is now $49,500, invoiced 50/50: at activation, and at the approved Day 8 architecture decision gate (the old trigger tied to 3PL implementation start no longer applies). 5. Stabilization is 16 hours for the CMS release (Day 45 to Day 61). Support beyond the allowance runs through Day 75 at $350/hour only with prior written approval; nothing is pre-authorized. 6. Schedule: CMS launch targets December 11, 2026 at Day 45, which holds for countersignature and access by October 27. A later start triggers a written reforecast and an agreed choice between moving the date and narrowing what ships; testing is not compressed. 7. AEO/GEO: baseline before launch (by Day 28), implementation targeted by Day 75, closeout measurement by Day 90, with an agreed query set of up to 25 queries. 8. Unchanged: governing framework MSA, $350/hour rate for approved additional work, Severity definitions and response commitments, the August 27 structured-data findings (to be revalidated at activation).
